How can I place an order?
You can order directly from the website by adding products to your cart, or you can send me a message at 0750467475.
How do I pay?
You can pay by card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery to the courier.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, I will send you the invoice and IBAN as soon as I confirm the products are in stock; I'll send you new photos of them, and you confirm that they are exactly what you want.
How much does shipping cost?
Courier delivery costs 15 lei, anywhere in the country.
For orders over 599 lei, delivery is free.
If you're in Bucharest, you can choose to pick them up in person - this way you can also see the products before buying them.
Can I return the products?
Of course. If you're not satisfied with the products, you have 15 days to return them. Send me a message at info@colours-by-ralu.com or call 0750467475 to arrange the return.
How to maintain felted wool products?
If after wearing or contact with other materials you notice pilling, do not pull on the wool fibers - trim them with small scissors.
Needle felted wool decorations can be dusted off with an ostrich feather duster.
Jewelry should be removed when showering or during intense physical activity.
